Why we built this
We are not here to take on the big property portals
RAYXIS Property is a small, deliberately simple thing. We are not trying to out-build anyone or become the biggest listing site in India. We started it because renting a home in Rajkot costs people money and time they should not have to spend, and that felt fixable.
A month's rent, gone before you move in
Brokerage in Rajkot is usually one month's rent. On a ₹15,000 flat that is ₹15,000 handed over on top of the deposit and the first month — for an introduction. Plenty of people simply cannot spare that every time they shift house.
Nobody has a spare week to go flat-hunting
Most people looking for a rental are already working a job or running a shop, and running a household on top of it. Chasing numbers, calling back, being shown places that were let a week ago — that time has to come from somewhere.

Yes — completely free for everyone, with no exceptions. Tenants pay zero brokerage and zero platform fees. Owners pay zero posting fees, zero listing fees and zero commission. There is no paid plan, no featured-listing upsell and no charge when a deal closes.
Do I need an account to view a property and its owner's contact details?
No. Anyone can open any listing and see every detail — rent, deposit, photos, address area, amenities and the owner's contact details such as phone number, Telegram and Instagram. No signup, no login, no OTP, nothing hidden behind a wall.
Who is allowed to post a property?
Only the property owner. Brokers, agents, dealers and third parties are not allowed to list on RAYXIS Property. Owners are the only people who need to create an account, and that account exists purely so they can manage their own listings.
How do you verify listings?
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check that the person posting is the actual owner and that the property details and photos match what is being offered. Listings that fail the check are not published.
What should I do if someone asks me for brokerage or any other fee?
Message us on Telegram at @rayxis3D straight away. Demanding brokerage, commission, a "token" charge, a visit fee or any other payment to view or book a property is a direct violation of our rules. We remove the listing from the platform.
Which cities are covered?
Rajkot, Gujarat is live right now. We are deliberately starting with one city so that every single listing can be verified properly. More cities are being added soon.
Can I list a property for sale?
Not yet. RAYXIS Property is rent-only for now — flats, houses, rooms, PGs and commercial spaces available on rent in Rajkot. Sale listings are not supported.
If nobody pays anything, how does the platform run?
The platform is run at our own cost, and we plan to cover it with a small amount of unobtrusive advertising — nothing that blocks a listing or interrupts your search. Our commitment stays the same either way: tenants will never be charged brokerage and owners will never be charged to list.
How do I hear about new listings first?
Join our Telegram channel, @RAYXIS_property. Every new verified listing in Rajkot is posted there as soon as it goes live, so you see it before you would by browsing. Joining is free and you do not need an account on the website.
I found a rental that was not right for me. Can I pass it on?
